The Bishop Farrell Library & Archives collects, preserves, and provides for research the official documents of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Hamilton—with the help of Eloquent Archives software. We manage collections for our 120 parishes, our current and past bishops, and our affiliate institutions and organizations.
Having a user base of over 1 million people spread out across the United States poses some special challenges for the National Association of REALTORS® Archives. How can we provide equitable access when users are so geographically dispersed? How can we allow users to search, discover, and connect with our archival collections on their own, without the mediation of an archivist?

It is with mixed emotions that I am announcing my retirement. I have been passionately developing and marketing knowledge management software for over 40 years. It is now time for me to pass the baton to the next generation.
Eloquent, the company I spent much of my life building, will continue under new ownership and management. I have chosen Lucidea, a firm that is well known for its expertise in the knowledge management software. The three key people – Stan Khaloupny, Reynaldo Guarin and Lawrence Boscoe – that have been with me for over 10 years, Continue reading →
